Non-invasive treatment for common orthopaedic conditions is available in South Korea

HAYWARD, Calif. (July 7, 2009) – Alpha Orthopaedics, Inc., the manufacturer of non-invasive technologies for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution agreement with DaiWha Corporation Co., Ltd. to distribute and market the Alpha Orthopaedics’ AT2™ System in South Korea.

          For treating musculoskeletal pathologies, the AT2 System equips physicians with a new tool to perform otherwise invasive procedures in a non-invasive manner. The AT2 System features RelēF™ Technology, which integrates patented monopolar capacitive-coupled radiofrequency (mcRF) and reverse thermal gradient. This unique technology is revolutionizing the therapeutic approach to common pathologies such as tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, Achilles tendinosis, residual and functional joint instability, and enthesopathies in general.

          Daiwha Corporation is a manufacturer of infusion pump and electrosurgical units as well as an international distributor of medical products. Daiwha is dedicated to serving their customers with the highest level of technology and quality in the medical field.
